We are pleased to announce the launch of the Courtauld Alumni Ambassadors Programme
What is the Courtauld Alumni Ambassadors Programme?
The Courtauld Alumni Ambassadors Programme is an initiative which aims to extend the reach of our talented and generous alumni for the benefit of current, former and prospective students in all stages of their careers.
It is hoped that Ambassadors will help with one or more of three main initiatives:
ADVISING current and former students
EMPLOYING current and former students
RECRUITING prospective students to Courtauld courses
For more details about these three initiatives, please download the complete Alumni Ambassadors Information Pack.
Who can become an Ambassador?
Anyone who studied at the Courtauld can be an Ambassador, and we encourage participation from all aspects of the alumni spectrum, including:
Those in any stage of a career, from entry level to established professionals
Those working both within and outside the arts
Those working in organisations, as freelancers or independently
Individuals living anywhere around the world
How do I become an Ambassador?
We hope that those who are interested will mark themselves as an Alumni Ambassador on this, the Courtauld Association Network website, indicating that you are available to be contacted by those in need of advice.
In the first instance, this programme will be centered entirely around the online Network site as the most cost- and resource-effective and efficient way of connecting current students with alumni.*
Important guidelines detailing the expectations and responsibilities of both the Ambassadors and those seeking advice are in the appendices available to download at the bottom of this page.

LEARN MORE ABOUT RECRUITMENT:
Recruiting the best students for our academic programmes has always been and continues to be our top priority.
With so many options for students The Courtauld relies heavily on our alumni to uphold and spread its reputation, raise awareness about its programmes and encourage prospective candidates to apply.
‘Email an Alum’ scheme’
How the service will work?
This service allows prospective applicants and offerholders to make contact with Courtauld alumni and ask them questions about their experiences of studying at The Courtauld and the benefit this has had on their careers. Ideally we are looking for alumni who have graduated within the last ten years.
Alumni should be willing to answer questions about:
Life as a student at The Courtauld
Their experience of moving to, and living in, London
Studying in the UK
Their transition back home and move into employment
Please note your contact details will not be made public. All queries will be submitted via an online form and checked by a member of staff at The Courtauld before being passed on.
Alumni will not be expected to answer queries about the following: (these will be passed on to the relevant department):
Admissions, entry requirements and the application process
Fees or financial support
Immigration
